1.Orientation:The Department of Human Resource is responsible for lecturing employees regulations, labor safety, quality consciousness and Rohs education. 2.Intern Trainings:HR organizes complete training courses. (1) Practical Training at Factories (2) Offering Guidance by Experts (3) Pratical Training at Different Units 3.New Comers' luncheon:New Comers Luncheon: Within three months of starting employment, the Department of HR will hold a conference between the employer and the employees to exchange mutual opinions on jobs so as to assist the staff to familiarize their work and to solve their problems. |

1.Monthly Meeting:(1) Company Regulations、Decrees Advocacy (2) Monthly Issues and Activities Advocacy 2.OJT:Supervisors of each unit will be in charge of guiding and training new employees. 3.External lecturers:According to annual training plans, Calin will hire professional lecturers to train Calin's employees. 4.Project training: According to annual plans, supervisors of each unit assign personnel to take professional courses. 5.Outsourcing Training: Supervisors of each unit assign the personnel to participate in different training courses organized by public and private agencies. |
